Ward, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, … Inernment was held at Friendship cemetery. … Mrs. Bell was the widow of the late John T. Bell of Starkville, Confederate veteran, who preceded her to the grave many years ago. She was born in Pickens County, Ala. Her married life was spent in Oktibbeha county … After the death of her husband some twenty years ago, she came to Columbus to make her home with her only child, Rev. J. H. Bell ….
