1331,  Joan Talbot, widow of Sir Richard Talbot, of Richard's Castle, Hereford, gave one messuage, 15 acres of land, 1d. rent, and half an acre of meadow, with appurtenances, in Flagge, in the manor of Northwick to the White Ladies of Aston nunnery.
