The manor held by reason of Joan de Sancto Martino whom he married, who was enfeoffed thereof by one Joan de Neyvile long before he married her, and still survives and holds the manor of Sir William de Sancto Martin heir of the said Joan de Neyvile, rendering 6d yearly or a pair of gilt spurs, and the said William holds of the earl of Lincoln of the honour of Salisbury.
