1409-10, “At Westminster … John Botriaux and Elizabeth his wife querents ; and William Jamys of Babbecary and Margery his wife deforciants; … John and Elizabeth acknowledge the right of Margery, … and if they die without issue then to remain to John Affeton son of the said Elizabeth and the heirs of his body then to remain to Mary his sister and the heir of her body, …”.
