5/10/1512 at Exeter, IPM of Thomas Tregarthyn. … Margaret daughter and heir of Richard Hendour was seised of a moiety of the manor of Westportlomouth, and 10 messuages, 200 acres of arable and pasture, 20 of meadow, 20 of wood, 1 watermill and 3s. rent there; the moiety of the fee-farm of the borough of Maleburgh: - all held of Nicholas Wadham, knt. … Margaret Hendour married Thomas Tregarthyn and they had issue John. … Margaret died 14 April [1500] … John Tregarthyn had 2 daughters, Joan and Margaret. He died and the reversion of the lands belonged to them after the death of Thomas Tregarthyn. … Next heirs, the said Joan, aged 13, and Margaret, aged 9.
