6/10/1645 in La Rochelle, Jean, a mason, signed a contract with Pierre Legardeur de Repentigny to work in New France. The contract was for 3 years at 60 livres a year.

Jean traveled to New France and acquired the concession “Buttes in Nevue”.

i. Barbe Neveu (1817), baptized 12/3/1653 in Quebec, Canada.

ii. Suzanne Neveu, born 10/11/1655 in Sillery, Quebec, Canada.
3/25/1670 in Quebec, Suzanne married Nicolas Pot.
1/28/1727, Suzanne died in Quebec.
