issue between them, and John de Pateshull, knight, son of the said Isabel, aged
30 and more, is her next heir. … Northampton: … Lincoln: … held jointly by the
said Walter and Isabel in fee tail … York: Stayngreve. A messuage, 32 bovates
of land, 38a. meadow and the advowson of the church … All the above were
sometime in the seisin of Isabel daughter and heir of John de Stayngrave (who
married) Walter de Taye by command of King Edward I; … And they died without
heirs of their bodies. John de Pateshill is son and next heir of the said
