4/20/1295, Isabella’s father John died.

1295, IPM: John de Steyngreve, alias Stayngrif, Isabella of the said John de Steyngreve, deft. Is the nearest heir and is of the age of 24 years, of whom Simon de Patesholle has lawfully begotten offspring [IPM Essex]. … held the manor of Caysho in capite. Isabella daughter of the said John de Steyngreve wife of Simon de Pateshull is the nearest heir of the same John, and of the age of 22 years and more [IPM Bedford.] … .
