1/1256, Philip de Marmuin and Joane [his wife] in a lawsuit with her sister Isabela and her husband William Walerond.

3/30/1257, Whereas Hugh de Kilpeck held in chief … and on his death … bailiwick and wood fell to Isabel eldest daughter and one of the heirs of the said Hugh by reason of primogeniture … [lost by tresspass] … grant for 3 marks of gold to William Walerand who has married the said Isabel … as the said Hugh held them on the day of his death. William died.

Worcester: … William Walrand, father of John, deceased, had only 1 sister of the whole blood named Alice; Alan Plukenet, deceased, was her son, and Alan his son, aged 23, is next heir. [This Alan is the grandson of John’s sister Alice.
