3/21/1232, Walter of Killingholme and Frethesenta, his wife, and Phillip de Fauconberg and Cecilia, his wife, have made fine with the king by 2 palfreys for having seisin of 2 parts of the land formerly of William de Scotney which falls to Frethesenta and Cecilia by hereditary right. … saving to the king the custody and marriage of Helena, daughter of the aforesaid William, with the third part of all land formerly of the aforesaid William, until Helena comes of age.
