Confirmation of gift of his father, Hervey, of vill. of Drayton with mill and with whatever suit of said mill pertains from his land, and with all other liberties etc. pertaining both in maintenance of mill pond and driving of millstones. By 1/1225, William’s mother died.

1227, Henry de Aldithelegh sued Hervey Baghot (486765248) for the manor of Hortun … Hervey appeared, and offered to defend his right to the manor by the body of his freeman Richard de Newenham …  It is therefore considered that a duel should be waged between them. Ada married 2nd William Trumwine.
