The said Agnes died in the pestilence on 23 September, 23 Edward III. John de Fritheby, son of Robert de Fritheby and the said Agnes his wife, is her heir and also kinsman and heir of the said Walter and was 15 years of age at St. John the Baptist last and was married in the lifetime of the said Agnes, his mother.
