Oxford: Lillingston. A messuage and a carucate of land whereof the said John de Monte Alto and Helen his wife were jointly enfeoffed for 11 years before the death of the said John. (S) CIsPM.

7/15/1294, Order to cause Ellen, late the wife of John de Monte Alto, to have seisin of a messuage, a carucate of land, 12½ acres of land, 8s. 5½d. yearly of rent, and of a rent of two hens in Lillingston, … she was jointly enfeoffed thereof with John … (S) CCRs.
