4/5/1666, Henry granted 1700 acres near the branches of Pocomook river, Accomack Co.
10/6/1667, Henry granted 1000 acres being part of an Island where the east and west line from Smiths Island Intersect, Accomack Co.
1/1668, the Court ordered that Henry Smith speedily give clothing, lodging and food for his servants, and that none of them should be taken to Maryland or to Smiths's Island without their free consent in Court. In the same Court it is revealed that one Mary Jones, former servant to Henry Smith, had been taken without warning to an Island and detained there for 14 months beyond her time and had suffered many cruelties.

Family notes:
• Likely a son Henry moved his family to Somerset Co., MD. Daughter Lydia had married and moved there ~1662. Capt. Henry Smith appears in multiple records in late 1600’s – early 1700s.

i. Lydia Smith ( 1847), born ~1640 in ?.
