1597, Richard on the tax rolls of Queen Elizabeth I.
9/3/1601, Richard married Mary at St. Margarets, Cantebury, co. Kent.
1603, Richard Fowle mentioned in Feet of Fines, Kent, Michaelmas Term.
8/1/1627, Mary died in Headcorn, co. Kent.
Richard wrote his will: he wills his little house to his grandchild Richard “Borthen”, and to Joane “Borthen”, his daughter, an annuity of 40 shillings a year out of my lands in Frittenden. (S) Consistory Court of Canterbury.
