1411, Ralph attended the shire elections.

5/20/1416, Ralph de Byngham of Car Colston received a royal commission to collect the 15th and 10th in Nottingham. (S) CFRs.

1417, Ralph Byngham of Car Colston named in a power-of-attorney document of Hugo de Wyllughby.

10/18/1418, Order to the sheriff of Notyngham for election of a coroner instead of Ralph Byngham of Byngham, who is insufficiently qualified. (S) CCRs.
