heirs of the said Thomas. … Falardeston. A third part of the manor, and the
aforesaid messuage and half virgate of land in Compton, held for life in dower
as above of the inheritance of Nicholas de Benton, son and heir of Margaret de
Benton, the other sister and heir of Thomas de Grymstede. … The said Joan died
on 7 August last. William de Shawe, her son, aged 24 years and more, is her heir;
but the reversion of the moiety of the manor of Compton and the rent in
Orcheston belongs to Joan Mauduyt, aged 30 years and more, and the reversion of
the third part of the manor of Falardeston and the messuage and half virgate in
