5/13/1258, Simon acted as a security for Robert de Ros and his wife Isabel.

1258-60, Simon knighted.

1259-60, Simon sheriff of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. (S) Pipe Rolls of Henry III.

By 1268, Simon died.
