·         Undated, but dated to this time period: “Confirmation by John son of John de Kynaburle to Walter son of Edmund de Paston of a piece of land that Roger Fisc held of grantor near Gerdeswelle in fields of Paston.” (S) UKNA.

·         1284, Walter’s older brother Clement: Clement, son of Edmund de Paston, granted a messuage and lands in Paston, which Robert son of Wyston, grandfather of Clement, had of Richard, son of Osborn de Theywyt. Clement died w/o issue, his nephew Clement, s/o Walter, his heir. (S) Hist. of Norfolk, V6, 1807, Oxnead.
