His sisters, Elizabeth, wife of William Marny, knight, aged 21 years and more, Philippa, wife of Robert Passele, aged 18 years and more, Alice, wife of Guy de Sancto Albinio, aged 15 years and more, and Joan aged 7 years, are next heirs. 7/20/1388, Elizabeth daughter of Sir Richard Sergeaux and Robert de Bourton. Indenture witnessing a grant to the said Elizabeth for life of a yearly rent of 20 marks to be taken of the manor of 'Ardernehalle' in Horndoun co. Essex, upon condition that if William de Marny overlive Sir Robert his father the grant shall be void. (S) CCRs.
