10/19/1216, Henry III, age 9, succeeded John as King of England.

1219, Henry Foliot conveyed the advowson of Fritwell. “Henricus Foliot Salutem in Domino. Vniuersitiati vestre … concessisse, remisisse & quietam …” (S) Cartulary of the Monastery of St. Frideswide at Oxford, V1, 1896, P220.

12/29/1224, Order to the sheriff of Oxfordshire … keeper of the honour of Christchurch , to have the scutage that Henry Foliot holds in chief of the same honour in his bailiwick, namely 2m per shield for the army of Bedford. (S) FRsHIII.

9/28/1229, Fines of the men of the honour of Wallingford [Oxfordshire.]  Henry Foliot, who made fine by 30m so that he is to be quit of crossing, and for having his scutage from 2 knights’ fees that he holds of the honour of Wallingford, and from 3 knights’ fees that the heir of Robert son of Aymer, who is in his custody by the king’s order, holds of the same honour. By 1233, Henry died.
