Bef. 1190, Rosamond died before her father.

Richard married Leticia de Berkelay.

4/17/1200, Richard brought suit against his brother Walter of the Shropshire manor. [They settled. Walter giving Richard Frampton manor in Gloucester.]

1213, Richard died. [His brother Walter paid 100 marks and a palfray for custody of his lands and heirs.]
