1638 in VA, William applied for his first land patent, naming his son William Jr as a headright.
6/5/1639, Richard Kimble of London England brought suit against William Baugh “who had lately gone to Virginia”.
William 2nd married Elizabeth Sharp, widow of Thomas Packer. [She had children by both of her previous husbands].
Bef. 2/1/1650 Elizabeth died, leaving a will.
1/4/1655, William chosen by a minor, Richard Pace, ~17, to be “guardian of him and his estate during his minority”. (S) AP&P, 1956, P260.
1656–57, William served as a Justice of Court for Henrico Co., VA and Charles City Co., VA.
