9/20/1510, Robert died. “Assignment of dower. (1) Thomas Hough of Leighton, esq., William Froddesham of Elton. (2) Margaret, widow of William Troutbek, kt. One third part manors etc. in Tranmere (Tranmoll'), Thingwall, Upton, Margrave, Saughall, Ledsham, Woodchurch, Oxton, Wirswall, Barnston, Carnesdale al. Cranesdale, Littleton, Pickmere, Mobberley, Little Neston, Chester, as described in schedule annexed. Recite recovery suffered by said William, with (1) and Robert Trotbeke, now dec., as demandants, of all his lands in Cheshire.” (S) UKNA.
